Refund & Return Policy – DinaMart

At DinaMart, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@dinamart.com with your order details.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered:

  • Health and personal care products

  • Medical supplies and equipment

  • Consumable goods, including food and dietary products

These items cannot be restocked or resold due to food safety and public health regulations.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@dinamart.com.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
